Yes, Outboundry allows you to make several changes to a campaign even after it has been activated. This flexibility helps you optimize performance, fix issues, and scale outreach—without stopping your campaign.

However, certain core elements of the campaign remain locked to ensure consistency and prevent unexpected behavior.


What You Can Edit in an Active Campaign

Once a campaign is live, you can make the following updates:


👥 Manage Leads

You can update the leads in your campaign anytime:

  • ✅ Add new leads to the campaign

  • ✅ Remove existing leads

  • ✅ Pause specific leads

👉 Newly added leads will start from the beginning of the sequence based on campaign settings.


📤 Manage Senders

You can control which accounts are used for outreach:

  • ✅ Add new email or LinkedIn sender accounts

  • ✅ Remove existing sender accounts

👉 This helps you scale sending or replace underperforming accounts without disrupting the campaign.


⏱️ Update Step Delays
