Whitelabel in Outboundry

Outboundry's Whitelabel feature allows agencies and enterprise customers to offer Outboundry under their own brand. With Whitelabel enabled, your clients will access the platform through your domain and see your branding instead of Outboundry's branding.

This helps you provide a seamless, professional experience while keeping your technology stack invisible to clients.

Availability

Whitelabel is available exclusively on:

  • Agency Plan

  • Enterprise Plan

If you're on a different plan, you'll need to upgrade before Whitelabel can be enabled.

What Does Whitelabel Include?

When Whitelabel is enabled:

  • Outboundry is hosted on your custom domain or subdomain.

  • Your company logo is displayed throughout the platform.

  • Your brand name replaces Outboundry branding where applicable.

  • Your clients access the platform using your branded URL.

  • The Outboundry brand remains hidden from your clients.

Example

Instead of:

app.outboundry.com

Your clients can access:

app.yourcompany.com

and see your company's branding throughout the platform.

How to Enable Whitelabel

Whitelabel setup is completed by the Outboundry team.

To get started:

  1. Contact the Outboundry support team.

  2. Share the domain or subdomain you would like to use.

  3. Provide your company logo and branding assets (if required).

  4. Our team will configure and verify the setup.

  5. Once completed, we'll notify you when your branded workspace is ready.

DNS Configuration

Depending on your setup, you may be asked to add DNS records to your domain provider. The Outboundry team will provide the exact DNS values and guide you through the process.
